Coherent was founded in December 2020 with a simple observation: most agencies were either great at design or great at development, but rarely both. The ones that tried to do everything often handed projects off between disconnected teams, and the result was bloated timelines, diluted vision, and websites that looked polished but did not perform.

We built Coherent to fix that. A small, permanent team with no freelancer patchwork, where the designer who conceives the layout and the developer who builds it are the same people talking to the client. That continuity is where quality comes from.

Five years and 30+ successful launches later, we work with startups raising their first round, enterprises managing millions in revenue, and everything in between. The team has grown from two to six. The process has gotten tighter. But the founding principle has not changed: every project should be better than the last.

Most agencies have a handoff problem. Strategy hands off to design. Design hands off to development. Development hands off to SEO. By the time the site launches, the original vision has been translated three times and diluted each time.
